Amelia O'Toole's instax mini 70

Hello fellow bloggers/blog readers,

I wonder… what is an instax mini 70 camera…

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas! One of my Christmas pressies was an Instax mini 70 camera. This is a special type of camera that prints your photo as soon as it has been taken. I have the latest camera and mine is a matte white (Its called moon white on the packaging), one of my favourite things to do is take pictures and film things because I simply love photography so this was the perfect Christmas present. The camera has different modes including Selfie mode, there is a tiny mirror that you can look into as you do have to take the photo the old fashioned way by turning the camera to face you. The photos come out white at first but you have to let them build using the light of the room- this usually takes around 90 seconds.

There are a bunch of different settings, they are:

  • Zoom,
  • Brightener,
  • Selfie,
  • Landscape,

I tend to use selfie mode and normal mode the most but the others are cool too. Most people like to get these cameras because the photos look cool in other photos and so does the camera itself. These are great cameras and will teach a lot about photography as you have to get the photo right first time. The film is quite expensive so be careful! I hope this has inspired you to maybe think about purchasing this for yourself or as a gift for someone else. Click here to visit the official fujifilm website.

Thank you to all of the kind people who teamed up and bought this camera for me!

Never stop wondering…
